Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING. • Cancellations may result in forfeiture of fees. • Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be confirmed in writing prior to missed class date and time. FACILITY USE & RESPONSIBILITIES All participants must follow posted facility rules and safety protocols. Participants, please follow instructors guidance and requests for safety and quality of instruction session. Liability Waiver Requirement/ Parental Consent: Class Instructor is required to have students sign Liability Waivers prior to attending class. If student is under the age of 18 a parent must sign a waiver on behalf of the student. Liability waivers can be accessed online, or we can email you a PDF version to print out sign and return.
