Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to make your scheduled session and in need of rescheduling, or cancelling please email us at least 24 hours in advance. Thank you Coach Responsibilities By signing this policy, the coach agrees to the following: ✅ Supervision: Maintain full responsibility for the conduct, safety, and supervision of all athletes under their care while inside the facility. ✅ Compliance: Ensure all athletes follow facility rules, safety protocols, and behavioral expectations. ✅ Emergency Preparedness: Be prepared to respond to emergencies and have access to emergency contact information for each athlete. 2. Liability Waiver Requirement 📝 Parental Consent: Coaches must obtain a signed liability waiver from each athlete’s parent or legal guardian prior to the athlete entering the facility. Liability waivers can be accessed online, or we can email you a PDF version to print out and distribute to your athletes.
